***Please make sure to register ALL participating coaches. Levels with more than 9 gymnasts may be split. Please plan on registering 2 coaches.

Gymnast gift with registration is a custom GK 
leotard for the women and a tank for the men. Coaches MUST input sizes into MeetMaker at the time of registration. Please size your athletes. We WILL NOT be able to exchange sizes. ***Sizes that are left blank and late add-ons received after the deadline will not receive a leo. Coaches can request  an official event t-shirt instead, but must be done onsite at the competition.  Coaches, please check your leo bags when you pick them up at the competition. Please note, we are unable to replace or send missing items after the close of the competition.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

LR Productions reserves the right to award or refuse participation in this event.

Deadline: Please check individual listings. We will close early if the competition fills. Payment must be made in FULL to secure your team's spot.  NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Add ons, or level changes made after the deadline date will be subject to a $20 late fee.

Refund Policy: Full Refunds will be given, if the gymnast is scratched in MeetMaker on or before September 15, 2025. For injury, a 50% refund will be given if a doctor's note is submitted, up until 30 days prior to the gymnasts registered competition. Please send the doctor's note to lrprefunds@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued by check 10 days after the close of the registered competition.

We will not cancel the event due to inclement weather. Please use your best judgment when traveling to the Rise To Glory Invitational. The Rise To Glory Invitational, as well as LR Productions, is not responsible for cancellation of your personal travel plans, hotels, air travel, or transportation. There will not be any refunds under any circumstances once the registration deadline has passed.

Photography & Live Streaming Policy

All images taken during the Rise To Glory Invitational are for personal use only. Any commercial use, distribution, or sale is strictly prohibited. No use of flash photography. The use of live streaming apps is not allowed in the venue during the event.

Photo & Video Release

Permission is hereby granted to the Rise To Glory Invitational and LR Productions to use photographs/videos that may be taken at the event or on any or all future publications, websites, and communications.

***Parents may choose to opt out of photography. The meet director MUST be notified in writing prior to your gymnasts session.***

LR Productions reserves the right to confiscate any video or photos taken in violation of this policy. There will be no refunds for violating policy. Any person(s) violating this policy may be subject to immediate ejection from the event and are subject to legal actions.
